Procrastination, oh sweet procrastination. Did you wait until
the very last minute to file your taxes? Do you like to tell people things
like "Oh, I do my best work under pressure."? Do you wax poetic
over pulling that all nighter, drinking far too much coffee and smoking cigarettes?
Well, if so, you are a procrastinator and you will find yourself in good company
on May 4th (... or the opening April 28th) for ABCo's spectacularly late,
fantastically tardy January show: The Subtle and Innately Elegant Art of Procrastination.
What you will see is the work of the seven artist of ABCo and some invited friends, having entered the gallery the night before to go on a caffeine and nicotine fueled artistic jam session of drawing, painting, sculpting and printmaking. And reveling in the pressure induced euphoria of frantic creativity, forced into finding genius in the moment and putting on a helluva show in the process.
Opening April 28th, 7PM
Additional Gallery Hours, First Friday, May 4th 7PM-9PM.
Free
